print error message for NuTCRACKER Platform error code

SYNOPSIS

perror error_code

DESCRIPTION

The perror command prints a textual error description for a numeric error code returned by a NuTCRACKER Platform process. If the supplied error_code is greater than 0, it is assumed to be an errno value. If the supplied value is negative, it is assumed to be a Win32 error code.

DIAGNOSTICS

Possible exit status values are:

0 

Successful completion.

>0 

An error occurred.
