This occurs when an attempt is made to run a Toolkit ported application when the NuTCRACKER Service is not running. The NuTCRACKER Service should start automatically, but it is dependent on the native Windows Server and Workstation services. If either of these two services does not start, then the NuTCRACKER Service will not start. |
